Day 2
Day 8!
It seems that LU may be beginning to tire on the 8th day of tour. We started off early today and traveled to Alhambre, a magnificent city on the outskirts of Granada. From there we had a 7 hour bus ride to Auñon and the choir was a little less than thrilled. Although, when we arrived at the camp, we were greeted with open arms and ready food. We all knew the Lord’s presence was in this place.
This experience has been one that has really opened my eyes and my heart to God’s glory from the way He made the magnificent Spanish mountains to how He can transform peoples’ hearts through music. It has really strengthened my walk with Him and brought everyone together as a choir. We are continuing to shine His light in Spain and hope to have a moving and spiritual last concert and a safe flight home.
